Part #1:
Previously, Tropical Storm Dolly has its eyes on the Texas-Mexico border around the Gulf of Mexico and in about Brownsville, Texas and it could hit land as a Category 1[/U] or 2[/U] Hurricane storm just like that. BAM!
Usually, people prepare for these things since this is Atlantic hurricane season, that runs from the beginning of the season all the way to the end, which is November 30th.
What do you think of the state of this storm? Will these people be evacuated in time? Or will they stay and let them fend for themselves as the storm rages on?

Part #2:
Looks like it hit landfall for Dolly as a Category 2 storm, and boy, did it pack rain, thunderstorms and winds up to more than 120+ km per hour. Upgraded from a Tropical Storm to a Category 1 Storm THEN to a 2 Storm. Wow! Impressive! It made impact on land around the Mexico-Texas border around Brownsville, Texas, shoveling up the storms involved in it on land, and then, as the storm weakens and downgrades into a Category 1 Storm, then to just a Tropical Storm, it's still has an impact in some and people were in the midst of the storm fighting and holding it off from their homes and hotels for the sake of their lives. Still, it was still a good amount of damages caused by the storm itself that was reported by weather specialists and meteorologists everywhere as the Americans were tracking the storm, the Mexicans were tracking the storm too, and so were the Canadians as they get involved.
